Vacation in Forstau

You will find it with us, because our house is located in the center of Forstau. Our beautiful landscape invites you to do nothing and dream. Are you looking for nature?
House is located in the middle of great hiking trails. In summer you can enjoy the variety of plants and the wonderful view of our mountains.  Forstau in winter You want to go skiing?
In winter you will experience the deep snow-covered landscape, the hoarfrost on the trees and breathe in clear fresh winter air.
Our house is only 400 m away from the ski lift and the ski school. The nearest ski rental and sports store are about 50m away. In our house there is also a ski cellar with heated boot dryer. For your safety the ski cellar is locked. In summer, bicycles or other larger items can also be stored here overnight. Whether summer or winter You don't want to leave by car in the evening? 
Directly across from Haus Mitterwallner is the "Forstauerwirt", where you can meet for lunch or dinner. Just behind is a small umbrella bar the "GKW's", a cozy meeting place for young and old. Do you have children who don't want to be bored? 
We have a large garden to let off steam. Opposite is a public children's playground. 

Summer in Forstau

During your hiking vacation in Forstau you will enjoy and discover the beautiful nature with every step and fully enjoy this beauty.
Whether Vögeialm (1.360m) and Oberhütte at Oberhüttensee (1.855m) or the Fageralmen (Lechneralm 1.610m, Trinkeralm 1.780m): that's how nature is with us: unspoiled, rustic and picturesquely dreamy.
